This Privacy Policy explains how Truckers BS("Truckers BS", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you use our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

  • Publicly visible content — your public profile, published stories, comments, load postings, and similar content are visible to other users and the public by design.
  • With other users — when you message, share content, or send an e-signature request, the relevant information is shared with the recipient.
  • Service providers — with vendors who perform services on our behalf (such as hosting, database, authentication, analytics, email delivery, and payment processing), who are permitted to use your information only to provide those services.
  • Legal and safety — when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Truckers BS, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Third-Party Services

The Platform relies on trusted third-party providers, and their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies:
